The OMDP Coalition of groups and agencies would like to formally extend an invitation to YOU to join us on Friday, May 15th at the New Mexico Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum for the official Kickoff Reception of the 1 year anniversary celebration of the designation of the Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument.
New Mexico Wilderness Alliance will present specially designed thank you certificates to key local citizens whose contributions were vital to the designation of the Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument. The event will also feature a tribal blessing, the unveiling of the OMDP Achievement badge for the Girl Scouts of the Desert Southwest, entertainment, and booths with information related to the monument. A “class picture” will be taken of all of the groups and individuals who worked to help establish the Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument!
